Becca Hintergardt brings to the multifamily space a successful sales career of medical device sales at a leading Fortune 500 company, as well as valuable multifamily experience. Becca strives for the uncommon. She currently lives in a boutique surf and yoga hub in Nosara, Costa Rica. Her life in the tropics is largely supported by passive income from her multifamily real estate investing.

1. What is one fun fact about you that not that many people know?
When I was a teenager, I used to love to talk on the phone. So they would call me the Beckerator. It’s a combination of Becca and operator
2. Who inspires you the most and why?
Some of my mentors in real estate have inspired me the most. Michael Blank in his coaching program, which I’m also in and Dave Lindal in the Army Mentor Group, way back when, and those two inspired the concept of passive income.
3. What books are you reading now or have read and loved that you’d recommend?
4. What is one actionable tip or piece of advice that you can tell our moms out there to help them on their financial independence journey?
Get yourself a mentor as soon as possible. Align yourself with someone who has gone on this journey already, and we’ll bring you along in a backstage pass type of approach, a ride along with. I would say that’s key. Don’t be out there as the lone wolf trying to do this yourself.
